This drum machine was the predecessor to the venerable SR-16 (which is still being manufactured after more than 10 years from its release.. an eternity in the world of musical technology..), and was marketed together with the MMT-8 sequencer.

Alesis HR-16 INITIALIZATION (clearing memory):
To initialize the Alesis HR-16 to factory settings:
Turn power OFF. Press and hold ERASE, DELETE and RECORD, ant turn on the power while holding these buttons down for 3 seconds.
